Development of a therapy guideline for HSP

The European Reference Network for Rare Neurological Diseases (ERN-RND) is working with the TreatHSP network to develop an expert guide for the treatment of HSP. The guideline will be developed in a structured consensus process. The initiative involves clinicians and scientists as well as patient representatives from across Europe. The aim is to create a publicly accessible resource that provides recommendations for symptomatic treatment of all major aspects of HSP. The recommendations are based on published data; in the absence of such data, an expert consensus is formulated.
